Summary: It would of been fantastic if you idiots booked a first floor room like we asked for instead I spent alot of my time in my room due to the fact that I have hip issues and couldn’t climb stairs!!! Will not book through you again!! Hotels.com is the worse place to book rooms!!! If you don’t know what the hell You are doing!! Perhaps call the hotel directly!! Mainstay is a fantastic place to stay! But I will book directly from them!!!
